- 🍅 طماطم 4
- 🧄 ثوم 4 cloves
- 🍗 دجاج 800 g
- 🍚 رز 2 cups
- 🥛 لبن زبادي 1/2 cup
- 🧈 زبدة 3 tbsp
- 🥛 قشطة/كريمة 1/2 cup
- 🧂 ملح 1 tsp
- 🌰 كاري 2 tsp
- 🫚 زنجبيل 1 tbsp
طريقة التحضير
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices
- grill.
- Cook tomatoes, garlic, ginger in butter
- blend.
- Add cream and chicken, simmer 10 min.
- Serve with rice.
