Software License Agreement

Effective: October 24, 2026

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase or free download, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the product for personal or commercial projects.

2. Permitted Uses

• Use in unlimited projects (personal and client work)
• Modify the source code for your own use
• Include in SaaS products you build and own

3. Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product as a standalone file or package.
• You may not include it in other template marketplaces or theme bundles.
• You may not claim authorship of the original codebase.

4. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but not required for commercial projects.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Use at your own risk.
